Histological & Physiotherapy Waxes

The field of histology is very demanding in terms of the quality of the waxes required for tissue embedding. Only the highest grade Paraffin Wax is used which is blended with polymers to produce a high quality more flexible wax to suit individual requirements. This wax is then filtered to 1 micron to ensure that there is no particulate matter to interfere with the sections. For ease of handling the filtered wax is then pelleted.

A variety of pack sizes are available to meet customers preferences. As an aid to physiotherapy, Poth Hille supply Fully Refined Paraffin Wax with a low melting point of 41-46^oC.
